It's a shame about the opening hours. For example I've just opened an account for my daughter and she had to be with me for ID purposes. So luckily we managed to go on a school training day. Well apart from the opening hours the staff have always been very accommodating and friendly.
Natwest bank has really gone down hill! Been a customer for over 13 years and I am now looking to change bank. Whenever I visit this branch I always get told ways I can use online banking, I know how to use online banking but find it better to budget using cash because if its not in my purse I can't spent it. So now banks (NATWEST) no longer would like to deal with cash. If you are someone like me who likes to use cash natwest is not the bank for you. Yes people you heard me right this bank does not like cash 😒 .
Probably the worse Nat West for service I have ever been in. A 30 minute wait is a joke. Only one on the counter. Would not recommend, absolutely atrocious. I was at the front of the que and walked out. Pathetic service.
Only natwest banks that close early, if you are an average working person who works Monday to Friday around 8 til 3 then natwest ain't the bank for you.
Terrible customer service, waited over 40 mins to deposit a cheque, staff rude and obnoxious and unwilling to help, all machines not working so everyone had to queue and only 2 serving who kept disappearing. Avoid at all costs
