Cater Allen Private Bank

Had to use caterallen to set up a trust account for medical negligence payout, through such a difficult time with family members going through this, court cases, really needed this process to be simple, it took a whopping 18 months just to set the account up, 100's of calls, emails, letters, raising complaints, those complaints being raised hirer, eventually we got it done with much help from our solicitors needed, all has been ok for last year until I logged on to find account closed, called them they can't tell me why, can't speak to a manager as they have other tasks to complete first, the worst thing is they don't care the customer services are robotic, we are dependent on funds going into this account to ensure we can continue to provide care and accomodation for our family member affected, huge sums of money just lost somewhere as the solicitors have sent to trust but because account is closed it's not in there, absolute worst customer service I have ever come across, I used to work in car insurance customer services and there is no way we could deal with customers in this manner, never ever been able to call and have it resolved there and then, always a manager call back, the advisors can't do barely anything, such a sad situation made 100 times worse by the disgraceful behaviour by this bank, avoid at all costs if you possibly can, unfortunately there one of the few banks that still operate trust accounts so we're stuck with them, I cant express the upset, distress, mental health impact there actions have on myself and family.
