A great staff, all helpful and willing to spend the time needed to resolve the issues caused by the telephone staff at Nat west. Will use this branch again.

This little gem of a place is a joy to go to , I called last week and saw Jayne , as usual nothing too much trouble. I needed a transfer over to Germany, a little tricky but done and dusted, fantastic service ....
The lady that was by the counter was SO nice... Unfortunately I don't know her name but she has long black hair. She was so helpful! Thank you
