I had a genuinely great experience at Big Motoring World and couldn’t be happier with how everything went from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the whole process felt smooth, relaxed, and well organised — no pressure, no pushy sales tactics, just good service. I initially came to look at two cars: a 2022 Hyundai i10 and a white Skoda Fabia. Both were presented really well and easy to view, which made comparing them straightforward. The dealership itself is clean, modern, and very well laid out, with loads of options available, so it never felt rushed or chaotic despite how much choice there is. The salesman I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and gave me space to make my own decision. Financing the Hyundai i10 was simple and transparent — everything was explained properly, with no surprises or hidden pressure. In the end, I chose the Hyundai and I’m really glad I did. Overall, the whole experience was stress-free and positive, which isn’t something you can always say when buying a car. If you’re looking for a wide choice, a clean and professional dealership, and staff who actually care about getting you the right car rather than just making a sale, I’d definitely recommend Big Motoring World Sheffield. A lot of negative reviews but people always throw the negative ones in, most of the time it's their own fault for not reading or doing homework, yes they push insurance and warranties because that's their job.. my experience= was a little slow but they covered everything, they had to make sure I was happy and understood everything, the car was clean and presented well, the salesman Catalin came across friendly and professional, the handover was done by lucelia, she was also friendly and professional, the whole afternoon went smoothly and I left in my new car.. and they offer cups of tea/coffee ! Would I use again...? As long as the car is ok and doesn't fall to bits then, yes. Thank you for helping me choose my new car

We just wanted to leave a BIG thank you to the after-sales team at Big Motor world (Sheffield)and especially to Jenny.., as after buying our new car, we had a couple of issues that needed sorting out, and Jenny was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, kind, and really efficient, and did exactly what she said she would do. She handled everything professionally, kept us fully up to date throughout the process, and made the whole experience straight-forward and stress-free. We were served by andrei. He was very polite and helpful. We found a car we liked and bought it from him. Very good deal and service from andrei. Like all car buying the process takes far too long. This was not his fault though just the business set up. We then saw about 4 different people from finance. Please improve your process after purchase.

If you want peace of mind, knowing you are going to be looked after from a reputable dealership, then I would highly recommend big motoring world. In fact I wouldnt recommend anyone else.
