Excellent customer service, really good manners and the brother Hussein made everything easy for myself. I’m not a car person but he explained everything very well and helped me with things I didn’t know of. He ensured me to always be there if anything was to happen. Really recommend this, and if you’re there please look for Hussein 🤞🏼

I had a really good experience at Ivory Motors while helping my daughter purchase her car. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start and took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. They were patient and straightforward, which made the process much easier, especially since it was an important decision for us. Everything was explained clearly, and they made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident before moving forward. I also ended up getting a Jaguar for myself and absolutely love it so far. I bought a 2014 Freelander from ivory motors last year , after the purchase like most cars something needed changing so I messaged ivory motors who at the time was away on holiday but asked me to get a quote and he will send the money which he did straight away. Amazing service and the car is a dream I will 100% buy from ivory motors in the future. Staff so polite and helpful sorted tax out with me just amazing service.
