Recently bought a new car, a Mercedes E class. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Gave great information on the car from any questions we had. Had an early issue with the windscreen but it’s been resolved in short time and had no further issues since having the car. Will certainly recommend and will certainly think about getting another car from them.

Everything you would expect from a used car sales place. Travelled 150 miles to view a car we had reserved. Rang day before to check it was exactly as advertised and there would be no surprises. Was reassured the advert was honest. Test drove the car, pump on its way out, stereo broken and parking sensors not working. Offered £150 off the price of the car. Untrustworthy. Buy with caution.

Great bunch of lads, really helpful. Needed a replacement car for my son really quickly due to an accident. No pressure sales, honest advice and really quick turnaround to allow him to drive home to Cornwall. Car is spot on and didn't miss a beat on the way down. Thank you!

Very rude. Especially the manager. Gave me a faulty car and never told me about the oil leak. I’ve spent a lot of money and time trying to find a new car. Never in my life will I ever purchase a car from a dealership in Sheffield!
