I had the privilege of working with Joel and he has been outstanding from the first day until I picked up my new car from Carbon Collection. The team was nothing shy of providing exceptional experience with test driving experience to make sure you are comfortable with your new vehicle. This was my first time and surely wont be last.

I purchased a car recently from the guys at Carbon Collective. The purchase and part exchange process was easy and the communication was good. I subsequently had an issue with the vehicle, which was not covered by the warranty. James stepped in to assist with the resolution of the problem and contributed towards the repair. I purchased a Mercedes A35 from this dealership in April 2025. Communication before the sale was decent and they seemed helpful enough at the time, but unfortunately the experience after I collected the car hasn’t lived up to what was promised. I was told the car would have a major service completed before I took ownership. This was a key part of why I felt comfortable going ahead. However, when I asked for the service invoice afterward, I was told there wasn’t one and that no record of it existed. Rang up multiple times and each time was told to ‘wait’ just delaying it as much as possible. This completely contradicts what I was told before paying for the car and comes across as a misleading tactic just to secure the sale. Another issue was the tyres. I was assured they’d be replaced after the MOT and that no budget tyres would be fitted. Despite this, the car was handed over with cheaper budget tyres. Which had to be replaced under a month of ownership. Overall, the buying experience started off fine but quickly went downhill once the deal was done. Many empty promises weren’t kept, and the lack of transparency has really put a negative spin on what should have been an exciting purchase. I wouldn’t call it the worst experience ever, but it definitely wasn’t what I expected from a dealership selling higher-end cars.

Extremely positive experience buying from the Carbon Collection. Big thanks to James, he is very knowledgeable with cars and also explained all finance options available. Car was excellent and my very specific pre sale requests were fulfilled using reputable 3rd parties. Also got a very very competitive part ex. All in all, I could not be happier. Excellent car buying experience and genuinely a pleasure doing business with the carbon collection. Definitely recommend.
