Poor excuse of a service, long wait times, false excuses over parts waiting times,no one knows what they are doing imo,,,over 4 month to fix a van that should have took 3 days, im an ex mech so i know, but this is a works van , added a load of faults that wernt on it ,couldnt fix it ( i drove it in fine,no lights on dash ) ,and punted it off to another garage with new ,different faults! , dont use them if u need your van back anytime soon...Edit,,got it back, now pulling to the left,and the rev sensors still dont work,despite new bumper,sensors etc,, 0 out of ten for this " garage" worst iv been to,also after the "service" the oils black and low, and the coolant wasnt showing

Van was in for front end damage but someone decided to search the back of my van completely. Nothing was in its correct place, tool boxes were open and some stuff went missing. Even took my dashcam. To make things better my side door was damaged so it doesn’t close properly now. Was told they would get to the bottom of it same day but fast forward 2+ weeks until a response was made with constant chase ups but ‘nothing can be done about the missing items’.

Had van recovered to here after stone hit and pierced radiator. A week later, haven't even looked at it. No adequate replacement vehicle and no idea when getting mine fixed. How Northgate claim to be better for your business is a mystery.

Absolutely shocking service. Booked to collect a vehicle at 9:30, kept me waiting until 10:30 as there was a queue of people who had also been waiting just as long. One guy there at 10:30 still hadnt received his vehicle he'd booked for 8:30. Another man waiting said that this isnt unusual, he'd booked a van last week for 10:30 and didnt get it until 12:45. Then when I returned the van the same day, I had to wait in another queue to hand the vehicle back in. I was told they cant refund the deposit until the vans been checked over, and they need my car to do the refund so I have to wait. I asked how long it was going to take and the woman looked at the 7 other customers in the waiting area before replying "at least half an hour". Absolutely disgusting.
