The Car Wash Company

Terrible service. I paid £50 for Diamond Valet car wash. I left my car there for almost three hours, and when I came back, he hadn't done anything. I had to pay and wait longer. But more importantly, the stains I asked him to remove were still there. He probably rushed the work. I would never recommend this service!

Similar experience to others….told services listed on website weren’t included but could do diamond wash for £50 as special offer! Checked car when returned and looked ok in LOW light, but as soon as parked up in daylight, noticed poor job completed all round (wheels are worse then when dropped off and bonnet covered in water marks)! Also managed to cover EVERYTHING in back to black - including leather seats! Just read other users reviews and whilst publicly making the effort to apologise and promise this isn’t the service all customer (80,000 quoted), quite clearly doing nothing about it and just taking the money in - appalling! Quick update: 3 hours to rewash the car due to it being worse than I left it! When asked if you have anything valuable in the car, please take heed and remove everything or it’s fair game for ‘going missing’! Brand new BMW branded umbrella removed, opened (guessing they were testing for me) and thrown back in….minus the sleeve!

This is what a £150 ‘detail’ looks like. 3hrs of work when said come back in 2. and they missed some of the most obvious Nooks and crannies in the centre console etc. Speckles of dots all over the chrome could have been easily wiped off. Just seems like a rush job but doesn’t make sense because they was a hour over the quoted time and had us waiting. Deffo not a detail. I could have got this job done for £50 tops elsewhere. But heard good stuff about this place so was interested if I paid triple of my norm what the results would be…. Terribly average and missed things what my regular budget vaulter would have never missed. Bit disappointed but at least I know not to return.

Avoid at all costs prebooked a slot and paid online, arrived and left the car for what should be a 60-80 minute clean. Was told the car wouldn’t be ready until 3pm???? Why book a slot if they can’t accommodate. They then said they could have the car ready for 2pm we returned at 2pm to collect the car and they hadn’t even started it. Rude staff don’t give a shit, once they have your prepayment it’s impossible to get your money back. Avoid and take your car somewhere else.

Staff were helpful even though busy. Cleaned the car really well and gave it a polished finish. Would definitely get my car cleaned again. Thank you!!
