FedEx Station

Item supposed to arrive Wednesday, delivery not attempted. Next day, delivery not attempted. Friday - customer service tells me they're expediting and prioritising my parcel, then I get an email immediately after to say the delivery date has changed to Monday the next week. Paid extra for a one-day delivery service for a client and now I'm going to lose out on the whole project's work due to delays. Call customer service again Friday, they said ignore tracking it'll be with me Saturday. Package is useless to me Saturday since the project will be over and I won't be paid as a result. Customer service again says they'll expedite the package depending on driver availability but so far, nothing the tracking has shown nor what they have said has been true, so I can't really believe anything I'm hearing so far. AVOID

Dropped in parcel. Doesn’t move for 3 days. Because quite simply all the staff and mgmt in this building cba. Totally unprofessional operation. Use someone else next time.

This place is a joke! Worst service. Delivered on wrong day, 3 further deliveries no one rung doorbell. No card left, no way to arrange redeliver or collection. Terrible service. Use DPD

Very good service , a lady called Sarah helped me unpack my bike as it arrived in massive box and I have no car to take it in , also thanks to Simon who helped me get it all sorted , excellent service experience 🌸

I am utterly appalled by the consistent delays and abysmal customer service provided by the United Kingdom branch of FedEx. It is beyond frustrating to experience such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. The persistent delays have not only inconvenienced me but also reflect a complete lack of efficiency within the organization. The poor customer service only exacerbates the situation, leaving me feeling utterly disgusted with the overall experience. It is disheartening that a reputable company like FedEx fails so miserably in delivering on its promises and providing satisfactory support. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed in the United Kingdom branch's failure to meet basic standards of professionalism and reliability.
