Should be 0 stars. Never able to book appointments. Flowers are still acting like COVID measures are still in place. It's a disgrace. I'm leaving this gp center at the first available time. A call queue if 15 maximum for a health center is disgusting when the only way to get an appointment is to call

Best drs IV been to in years. Definitely would recommend. Always helpful receptionists and the GP and other members of staff go above and beyond. Never have a problem here. I wish this had always been my drs. Always very clean also

Have a mental illness n doctors won't even return a call for 7 days, have a cough n you get seen the same day at a different practice, shocking doctors gone totally downhill since covid, wouldn't recommend would give 0 stars if was an option

Please dont go to this gp surgery you will be wasting your time I have been trying to get appointment for over a week and can never get in the staff are rude and the phone lines are rubbish they have a max number at 15 and when you do get in the queue the amount of times you have to press the # button is stupid still to this day i have not got appointment so please dont go here wish I could move from here

I'm Type 1 diabetic and in desperate need of my medication been changed, Not only that I meant to have a diabetes checkup every 3 months however, this hasn't happened in 2 years Because it's impossible to get an appointment, They refuse to accept appointments at the reception, The only way you can book an appointment is Via phone call, Which is impossible Because the phone lines are always jammed till around 11am but by that point all the appointments have gone, they expect you to sit on the phone from 8:30 onwards until you get though, So if you work a day job, this is impossible todo. I am seriously considering taking next steps for negligence of patience health.
