Absolutely disaster i request everyone not to booked appt with DR benjamin. My little one got appt he check babay in 5 minutes asking questions and whqt we think the problem could be finally give wrong prescription also nearly slept 2 times look like he were not properly slept for 2 days.

Been at this doctors all my life. Its hard to describe how much the doctor seward doesn't care about patients he was playing games on his phone before I went in.told me I have a heart problem but nothing to worry about and its not worth sending me for a scan. Everything really does feel like too much hard work for him ill be changing my doctors.

Should be zero stars! Absolute horrendous staff who are angry at the beginning of a call for no reason. Won't let u book appointments on phone and then tell u to go online. When u try book online the website crashes. Once u phone again they don't answer. Absolute rubbish. Should be shut down and replaced with people who actually do their job. Staff care more about having a chit chat than doing there actual job. They can hear the phone ringing yet choose not to answer because it interfers in there gossip session they be having. The doctor is lazy and refuses to sign off medication needed on time and as soon as you phone to complain suddenly he has the time. This is done every month. Absolute rubbish 🗑

Don’t care about patients at all. Dr Saward especially is useless and has no care or compassion. Been trying to get something prescribed, visited and got an appointment the doctor was rude. Weston Park even wrote to them to ask them to prescribe this but they have still not actioned. Since then completed another anima form and still no one has actioned. Always caller number one in queue but they don’t answer for 15 mins. Receptionist however was empathetic.

Literally struggle to fathom the level of incompetence from this practice. Not only have I experienced poor service from this practice but also everyone of my family members who are also registered here. Even to get a basic prescription correct, I have had to ring several times only to be told ‘ it’s not our error, it’s the doctors’ - are you not part of the same practice. Yes it’s done now- go to pharmacist no it’s not here or it’s wrong. This surgery have been sitting on a letter for surgery since July but apparently it’s my fault because I can’t ring everyday to speak to a doctor - I’ve rang everyday this week and guess what you can’t get an appointment. Defensive receptionist who think they are somehow medically trained, defensive manager defending an extremely poor service and locum gps who frankly could care less. Will finally move gps, disappointed in myself for remaining with this practice - it was in the hope they would get better even by a bit but unfortunately they’ve got even worse.
