This practice is going down hill fast. The so called practice manager becomes rude when challenged with facts. Poor care of the elderly who are housebound and Dr makes a medical plan that 2 weeks on is completely forgotten and unknown.
Tracey the receptionist was so helpful, can't thank her enough for sorting my grandads prescription
