Costa parking area locked at 8:30pm and no access to charge points although on the Instavolt website says they should be 24h open. Very annoying.

They show on map 24 hours open but when I was their at 6:00pm they closed.very bad 1st experience

when you scan your bank card on charging machine a £5 will shown in your bank as pending transaction and it stays like this for 3 days, after that they charge you £13.37. it is a kind of cheating. Costa cafe' staff are wonderful and very friendly.

Great location next to a Costa! Unfortunately it gets very busy & I had the ‘pleasure’ of dealing with an ignorant ROLLS ROYCE owner who decided to park his precious ICE in a charge point! BIG MISTAKE! Had help from the Costa staff to remove his car so I could charge mine! 😈🚙⚡️
