I've been taking my car to DSA since I first bought it 3.5 years ago. I'm always treated with respect and no one has ever spoken down to me because I'm a female with rubbish car knowledge (something I've experienced in other places!). The MOT and service forms are easy to understand and any issues are explained thoroughly in-person or over the phone. All issues and quotes are mentioned before going ahead with any work. I trust DSA to look after my car and won't go anywhere else. The guy on the desk today (joined 5 weeks ago?) was so friendly and helpful too! Thanks to everyone involved ☺️
The best garage around, had an unexpected problem with my car and they managed to squeeze me in at very short notice. Amazing customer service from the staff with quality service on the car at a very very reasonable price. Got recommended to come here by a friend as I had my MOT coming up. Absolutely no regrets. Was booked in for an MOT (which failed!) but the guys got me booked in ASAP to have it repaired. Decent price for what needed doing too. Carl was absolutely lovely and explained everything to me when I was confused/worried. Would recommend these to anybody!
I had an excellent experience at DSA Autocentre – MOT Garage on Sheffield Rd. The service was professional, honest, and very efficient from start to finish. A special mention to Shahbaz, the technician, who was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain the work that needed doing, gave honest advice, and made sure everything was completed to a high standard. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
