I had a great experience with Elite Motor Solutions. Their customer service was absolutely excellent — friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. I took my car in to have the side mirror repaired, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. They did a fantastic job and kept me informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers, but Elite Motor Solutions definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and outstanding customer care.

Hi Claire......I have received my vehicle back this morning as you know and I would like to say thankyou very much. From you receiving the vehicle i have had constant updates on how the repairs were progressing which when I received the vehicle i couldn't have been more happier as I was a little apprehensive as to the colour match but I shouldn't have worried as it is perfect.😀 Also regarding the valeting of the vehicle which I really wasn't expecting was absolutely immaculate and the machine Polish (photos attached). And my thanks to Conor who picked up and dropped it off who said he looked after it. Had a brand new bumper fitted and painted through my insurance, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The workmanship is excellent and the car looks fantastic. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a full polish and valet complimentary — completely unexpected and very much appreciated. The car was returned looking better than ever. A special mention to Claire on reception, who was brilliant throughout. She kept me fully informed at every step of the repair process and was friendly, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. She also makes a great cuppa tea. Highly recommend this body repair shop for both the quality of work and the level of customer service.

What an amazing experience, my car was damaged by the third party, and my car is my pride and joy! I contacted Audi Ensurance, a policy I took out when I bought the car from new and they appointed the repair with Elite Motor Solutions! Claire contacted me with updates when necessary almost everyday, and Martin, the Manager assured me the repair would be carried out using only Audi genuine parts including the paint! When complete I collected my car and it was just like collecting a brand new car, fully valeted, the attention to detail was unreal, the substantial repair and paintwork is flawless! Thank you all so much, I have already recommended Elite to my friends and family if ever they require their service! Absolutely amazing, thank you!!

I cannot recommend Elite Motor Solutions enough. From start to finish, the communication has been fantastic, every step of the process reported in a very professional manner. The actual repair and valet service was, again, highly professional. Stress free service and a complimentary accessory bag to complete a great experience.
