Formula One Autocentre Sheffield North

I took my car to Formula One Autocentre Sheffield North for wheel tracking. I was charged £100 for adjusting just one rear camber, which already felt excessive. The very next day, I took the car for an MOT and was told the tracking was incorrect. I returned to Formula One to raise this issue, but they refused to recheck or correct the work. The staff member I dealt with, Neil, was completely unhelpful. He contacted his area manager, Chris, who stated it “wasn’t their fault” and that nothing could be done. As I had my children with me at the time, I didn’t feel able to argue further and had to leave it there. Overall, poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this branch. I’ll be sticking with Halfords in future – a company that actually knows what they’re doing.

Took my car in at 8am for an online booking of a major service plus coolant and brake flush. Didn't try to sell me anything else, communication was brilliant. Called me at 1130 to say car was ready. Nice staff and a good price. I will return.

I give 10 out of 10 to this Autocentre. I found a nail in my tyre on Friday night, so I paid for a replacement tyre online at Formula one on Greenland road, for the Saturday morning. I turned up early which wasn't a problem for them, and I explained I had a nail in my tyre. They checked and said it could be replaced, they said they would refund my tyre and replace instead. I ask how much for the repaired and the guy said nothing it's fine, which really surprised me. They also said my fronts were close and will need replacing soon. The lads there where really friendly and helpful, and I'll definitely be going back for my future tryes. Thanks so much, and your a credit to the company. Thanks so much.
