If I could give this owner, zero stars, I would. She physically assaulted me in the shop and made multiple rude and condescending comments towards me. She was extremely rude to the lovely woman doing my hair and was bullying her in front of me to the point where I had to step in and say that I was happy with her Work . The poor woman looked like she was going to cry due to her abuse which I could tell was frequent. Do not ever get your hair done by the aggressive tall mixed-race Caribbean Woman. She has the nastiest person I have ever Experienced. To top it all off I was getting my hair done by a lovely woman and was in the shop for 9 am. The nasty witch had came in later, halfway through my treatment and was doing somebody else’s hair. She was not my hairdresser yet she felt the need to constantly push around my hair dresser to the point that I felt uncomfortable and then she arrogantly decided to come over to us, make rude comments about my hair and my head and then assaulted me twice and then followed up with insults after . This woman is absolutely disgusting, and I’ve reported her to the police. This was the worst experience I have ever received in my life. I was nothing but polite throughout my appointment and the funny thing is I am now barred from the shop.

was let down with my hair last minute and she fit me in which is amazing. the salon was so tidy, and herself was so welcoming. she did my hair just how i wanted it in such little notice i had given her. will definitely be booking in again💕👏

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Went to get two strand twist and the lady that did my hair didn't twist it the way I wanted. To make matters even worst the owner of the shop lied and said I asked for Cornrows instead of twist and charged me £5 extra. How they are running their business is very shady! Just to add the boutique also runs under 'Rims Hair Braiding Boutique'. Same address! Don't be fooled by the name change!

Always a great experience at this salon! Lovely, light-hearted and relaxed atmosphere. The team always go out of their way to make you comfortable and are dedicated to creating great styles every time. I’ve been a few times now and had such a positive experience each time, that there’s now no other salon I’d trust to do my hair to such a high standard. Really well priced too!

Unprofessional behaviour from the boutique owner. Embarrassed me in front of everyone in the salon when requesting alterations with my hair. I got a sew in and they made it extremely tight, very uncomfortable didn’t listen to any of my discomfort. Salon owner rolled her eyes multiple times with an attitude, after explained she behaved that way due to misunderstanding on her part when communicating with my sister. There was no apology to me however. Body language was off, felt like I was walking on egg shells if I didn’t like a certain part. They made the sew in boxy and tried to gaslight me to thinking it was normal. Followed by a condescending and unnecessary comment from the salon owner “have you ever had a sew in before?” Completely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Don’t waste your money.
