I saw Dr Thomas King, Consultant Dermatologist, for a melanoma in situ, which required a 5mm incision. The clinic was modern and welcoming, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. Dr King took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease. The procedure went smoothly, my stitches have healed really well, and I’m very happy with the result. I’d happily return if needed and would definitely recommend him. Thank you.

Friendly, helpful staff. Quick and convenient scan. One suggestion: I was told to drink 1 litre of water an hour before the scan. It was said that the bladder need not be full, but it was not clear that the purpose was to stimulate the kidneys, and that hence it was okay to go to the toilet (as I needed to do - twice!)

Excellent service. Very efficient and friendly team. I had over an hour in the MRI scanner, staff again very helpful explained things well. Went really smoothly.

Excellent service all the way through. Check in at reception was easy. I was taken through for the scan at exactly my appointment time. Every step of the process was explained. The facilities are very good. I saw three staff members and they were all very good at their job, helpful and courteous. This was my first scan and I was completely at ease.
