Amazing I’m so happy with my nails, anna chose my design and I said I wanted fairy like and mine blings so elegantly, I’m in awe ❤️❤️❤️❤️

AVOID!!! Clearly using fake photos. I asked for sharp stilettos and got almond. I asked to have my nails shorter and they kept the length the same, even though I said this three times. I asked for infills and they tried to force me to get a fresh set and kept commenting on how “old” my last set was when I just got them done 2 weeks ago. The application is poor, nails are crooked and they were just really rough and aggressive with my hands and nails. I tried to communicate this and it was just really draining. Not to mention the nail tech was on and off her personal phone whilst doing my nails and after doing such a poor job with my hands, had the audacity to try and force me to get my feet done too. What a joke.

Always had a good experience here before so severely disappointed at the nails I’ve left with tonight. Told me they could do a chrome tip, could not. The biab is patchy, filed under my biab once complete with a drill (onto my natural nail). Application was really messy aswell. Don’t think I’ll be back, even my boyfriend said “what have they done!?”

Not a nice experience. Booked through google and price says £30 but they tried to charge me £37 and said that it’s changed. Staff who did my nails were quite rude and at one point there were 5 staff stood around me whilst I got my nails done, all speaking in another language and laughing. I’ve got glue all stuck to my fingers from where they missed my nails. I won’t be returning.

My daughter and I went for our eyebrows waxed at the beauty boutique this morning. Told the wax was still heating up which is absolutely fine. Woman was talking on her phone, we sat there 5 mins waiting before a woman came in and asked if she was busy, staff member said no and carried on doing her lashes. We waited a while longer but we got up and left. The woman was quite rude when we left. Not going there again.
