Where to start….not a fan of negative reviews but I’m actually really upset I paid over £40 for a manicure and I hate it. The girl who did it wasn’t rude as such, but she made me feel uncomfortable. She made 6 of my fingers bleed A LOT and then kind of blamed my skin for it , even though this has never happened before! I have woken up today with cuts and stinging around my finger nails. The actual nails themselves, horrendous! Looks like a child did it-all nails a completely different shape. She hasn’t painted the gel on properly, you can see my nail tip on top of the gel. Som have marks on them…really honestly worst manicure I’ve ever had. Wasted my money, this was a treat and I’m quite annoyed now. I just want it taken off now to be honest as it looks awful! Can’t seem to add a picture on here or I would as they look so shocking!

I paid extortionate price for a luxury manicure and pedicure, 8 of of 10 of my nails bled when cutting the excess of the cuticle area. They didn’t clean under my nail at all and any excess fly aways on my skin around the nail were not removed. For the price I’d expect to not bleed. Usually I’d never pay such a ridiculous price for naked manicure but i got it done for my wedding and at the base of 8 nails there are scabs (multiple scabs on some fingers) as a professional setting with that much money I’d expect to not bleed or if I did not have about 12 cuts on my nails. Really disappointed would never go back. Only reason I gave it an extra star is because I got to keep the file and buffer after it was used on my hands and feet. But otherwise extremely disapointed wouldn’t recommend ever.

Olena did me a luxury pedi with extra massage, it was so nice and relaxing. Would highly recommend. Olena is such a lovely person makes you comfortable and makes conversation too. Thank You Olena iv loved every minute x

Olena was amazing! So pleased with my manicure and classic French design with a twist. Would definitely recommend
