Prices brilliant, customer service shocking. The bald older man was really rude and patronising. Cheap prices aren’t worth the shocking customer service.

Me and my sister went to sainsburys petrol station at meadowhall today and tried to use the airline to put air into her car tyres, we could not get the machine to work so went inside and a very nice gentleman came out to help us. We have to say how much we appreciated his help. Thank you so very much

called in this morning 06:30 on the off chance that they had some petrol, when i pulled up at the pump i was advised that they didn't open till 7am, only reason the forecourt was open was due to workmen working at the station. i offered to wait till 07:00 but the staff let me fill up any way. fantastic service, if i could give you 10 stars i would.

Good location for getting fuel as you leave Meadowhall but prices are higher than other local stations.They have a Costa coffee machine and fridges for other cold drinks and snacks but unfortunately this wasn't working so selection choice was a little bit sparse.

Used the air machine, the gauge pulled my valve out. When I complained at the till I was told it's a free service and that I should deal with it. They offered no help and told me to complain to sainsburys cust service and noted it in the dairy. Customer services were even more horrendous, they couldn't locate the store and the guy was very unprofessional... a very bad experience and I will definitely not be using the air machine here again it looks in a bad state... it needs replacing.
