Allied Pharmacy - Firth Park Road

For last 4wks they suppose to deliver and ive had to phone up around 5 onwards because i like to think it will come,and everytime ive phoned the man as said yes its on its way,..10 mins later it as come. But today i didnt ring because the wk before he told me they didnt stop delivering until 7oclock and now i need my tablets and there not here.....ive been gettin them deliverd for last 14month and no problem wen the lady was in charge but now its like he doesnt know what to do...im sat here without my tablets because i put my trust into what lies he was telling me?? Thankyou im going to be ill till get my script ( blue )

I am very disappointed with the service I received from this pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription for my one-year-old child’s cream, which was not available in the store. The pharmacist told me they would order it and have it delivered to my address the next day. I waited all day but did not receive anything. When I called the next day, they said the delivery driver had already left and the medicine would come the following day. The same thing happened again — I called in the morning, and no one got back to me until much later in the day. When I finally visited the pharmacy in person, they said the cream was still with the delivery driver from the previous day. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a child’s medication. Because of this delay, my child’s condition got worse and I had to take him to the hospital. This experience has caused a lot of stress for my family. I hope the pharmacy improves its service and takes more care when dealing with urgent prescriptions, especially for children.

The most useless pharmacy I have ever been in. There is always a problem with prescriptions every single time you go in or call. Don’t go there
