I went to the pharmacy today in order to pick up a prescription - nipped in about 15 minutes before work but was told that the pharmacist had ~25 minute wait. I believe I was then spoken to by a lovely lady called Emma, who said that she would drop my prescription into work on her break, as I work in Meadowhall!! Such good customer service, so so helpful. Very compassionate - honestly need to see more of this in the world. I believe Ruth served me at the till, and she was also wonderful and chatty. Thank you guys - refreshed my faith in humanity 🫶🏻

My husband and I were having dinner in Meadowhall before going to a gig at the Sheffield arena. My husband got something in his eye and it was really bothering him, he's a gardener by trade so it could have been anything, it got really bad and he couldn't open his eye properly and he was in pain. We nipped to Boots Pharmacy and an amazing lady called Mandy was fantastic, she washed his eye out, gave us eye drops and paracetamol and some advice. She was brilliant and we can't thank her enough for all her help. She's a real asset to Boots. Thank you Mandy!!! 😊

Came into the pharmacy today with an issue that ive had for a few days and spoke to aishah who was really helpful and friendly and really helped with the issue that I was having and im really thankful that she helped me

Very helpful pharmacist. The lady who served me was also helpful. Sorry I didn’t know their names but I always felt rushed out of pharmacies but they were both marvellous. Thank you.

I was very disappointed today when visiting the pharmacy at meadowhall for an appointment for my daughter's chicken pox vaccine. I arrived early to breast feed my baby and settle my 3 year old before her vaccine, but was unable to do so in the end. I stood at the counter to check in and despite there being multiple members of staff and trying to get their attention, no one even acknowledged me for 15 minutes until I had to interupt some to ask if they could help me. I was advised to sit down, and once i did, a member of staff behind the till then loudly said 'it's like working in a bloody chippy'. The pharmacist I saw was very professional and kind, but I was taken aback by just how rude the staff on the counter were.
