Do not use this business – avoid. I contacted this company for a quote to fit an integrated dishwasher. The job was very simple as the plumbing was already in place; I only needed a professional installation to validate the manufacturer’s warranty. I was told the quote would be free. The plumber quoted £140 and said the job was straightforward, so I agreed. He rearranged the first appointment and turned up to the second smelling very strongly of cannabis, which was extremely unprofessional. After around 30 minutes, he claimed the dishwasher couldn’t be installed because the pipes were “too wide” and said he would need to return for another visit costing an additional £140. I paid because I wanted an invoice and for him to leave. Afterwards, I discovered he had cut an unnecessary hole in my sink cabinet. The pipes could easily have been routed through an existing opening, meaning the damage was completely avoidable. When I politely asked for a partial refund, he became abusive, calling me a “weirdo” and saying “I bet you’re a woke leftie. Am I right?”. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this business.

Tom made the visit to complete work on leaking toilets, boiler service, replacement taps and an outdoor tap fix. Arrived and quoted, then done the work same day, or that’s how we wish it went. We had a replacement tap that didn’t cover the hole so we’ve got a 1cm gap. Outdoor tap was just replaced, but the system not fixed. Boiler not serviced, as no evidence of work being completed was left. The only job that was completed was the leaking toilet. Charged and paid on all the jobs above, yet none done to a professional standard. Now we’re having to pay out for another job lot. After requesting confirmation of the boiler work, ‘Tom has left the business’. Please be aware of this. Hard earned money taken for a cowboy job. It’s not on and people should be aware. Really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Louie came over to give a quote and was very helpful. He was able to complete my plumbing job there and then, and he did it quickly and cleanly. I also asked him about another minor plumbing issue I was having and he was able to solve it!

Spot on service. Louie Identified the problem quickly and fixed there and then with least disruption possible. Would definitely recommend Louie

I have an old radiator replaced for a new in one, they did an excellent job and was great value for money, would use agin
