I recently had a burst pipe at my home, and Ali the engineer who came out was a lifesaver. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed everything the same day. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was very reasonable considering the urgency. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and fast service. Highly recommended!
I had issues with my boiler and called out two engineers that charged for the call out fee but didn't fix the problem, I then called Ali and he came out and did a thorough job and got the boiler working and serviced it too. This young man is very polite and experienced in this field. He went above his role to deliver a fantastic service. I will be using him again in the future.

He checked the boiler carefully, explained everything clearly and even took before and after photos to show the work. Everything was cleaned up perfectly he left no mess behind. Had service of boiler and unvented hw system as well as new 2 port valve and auto air vent fitted. Prompt, professional and excellent service and fair price. Highly recommend.
I have had several jobs carried out by Ali over the past year, including a boiler replacement, Gas Safety Certificate and other general repair jobs. Ali is always very efficient and thorough with all his work, carrying it out to a very high standard. He’s very friendly and reliable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and experienced gas engineer.
