I went just before Christmas with 18 parcels needing special postage. The woman who served me was friendly and really efficient. I was out faster than I expected. Awesome service

Poor service from the male member of staff. Took five bags of coins to deposit into my account and was spoken to like a child being told off. I’m glad it’s not my local as I was only passing by.

I had a wonderful experience at this post office yesterday. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the postmaster, Asif, is truly outstanding. He goes above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns, always providing top-notch service. Yesterday he went out of his way to tell me all budget options to ensure my parcel reached the destination on time and was friendly on my pocket too. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this post office for anyone needing reliable and friendly service!

My business has been using the Wincobank post office for the last couple of years and wanted to my experiences with everyone. As a small business the post office is the most supportive and useful postoffice we've ever used. My business is located on the other side of town but is worth the commute as the staff and services are excellent. I would recommend the post office to not only the local community but small business as well. The Branch manager is especially helpful and accommodating, and a great person to see first thing on the working morning. Appreciate the manager and staff massively. Great job guys.

I would not waste my time to go there! The female staff are very nice and polite, but the man there… Good God! Today was the second time going to return some goods from Amazon & ASOS and I have been told to open my parcels, then when he saw I had few more told me he can not take more than 3 parcels per customer as other customers are waiting in line and the return service is free! I was perplexed at his comment and I asked how is that my problem? He should talk to Amazon/ASOS about it. He was very rude and I went so upset from there as now I have to go to another post office that is more far than where I live. I will complain to the Post Office as well as this is not normal behaviour of the staff.
