Franks & Co [Sheffield] have skilfully and successfully guided us through the process of applying for a UK patent, and together we are following up with International patents. Luke Franks, Iain Croft and Stephane Ambrosini all demonstrated their quick understanding of specialised processes, and great skill in translating concepts into the language of patents. In my view, quite an achievement! I would certainly go to Franks & Co for advice of this nature again.

I attended the trademark clinic that was run by Franks & Co, it was an extremely helpful, thought provoking clinic. I gained invaluable knowledge around registering a trademark and associated protection. I would definitely recommend Franks & Co as a professional, Sheffield based company.

As a lawyer myself I consider myself pretty discerning when it comes to picking other lawyers. I rang up several firms before reaching this one. So many firms are unapproachable...don't return calls...are just poor. This one is a breath of fresh air. I have dealt with Abigail Welford and her team. Consummate professionals, they do what they will when they say they will and they combine pragmatism with an excellent working knowledge of the law when delivering advice. HIGHLY recommend.
