Proddow Mackay Limited

My insurance company Aviva instructed Proddow Mackay to Recover their costs from the Other Parties Insurence company. Despite Aviva and the Financial Ombudsman agreeing that I was totaly inocent and Did not course the Car Accident "Non Fault", I recieved a Txt message the other Day from PM, stating they no longer pursuing the claim to recover Avivas Costs. This was confirmed by, "Josh Walker", who confirmed he had spoken to his manager - s, and they confirmed "They would not take this Case Forward to Court". Mr Walker confirmed that he had been instructed not too continue pursuing this claim? Clearly some one Seniour at Proddow Mackay made that descission ? So, despite being tottaly innocent as agreed by Aviva and the Ombudsman and my car being repaired as Non Fault by Aviva. Proddow will now saddle me with with 50% Liability and course my insurence premiums to go up, with a Mark against my 34 years clean Driving History. UPDATE . May 2024. I have sent Aviva and Proddow Mackay a copy of the Aviva Letter clearly stating that the other insurance company never accepted a 50 / 50 Offer ? And stating AVIVA withdrew the offer some 4 months before the other insurance company made a voluntery 50% Payment under their own volition. Proddow Mackay were instructed by Aviva i was NON FAULT and they were instructed by Aviva to pursue Full Liability against the other Party. Clearly Aviva did not give Proddow a substancial copy of the case file, evidence or proddow failed to take due diligence in researching the Evidence, even Aviva can Proove, the other Party Rejected it and never Accepted the 50 / 50 Offer and the offer was withdrawn some 4 months earlier than Proddow was instructed to go for full costs. Despite the other insurence company making an Unsolicited Voluntery gesture Payment of 50%, in the mean time, 50% still remains Outstanding. I have shown Aviva's Liability department and Aviva are carrying out a complaint / Investigation. I understand Proddow Mackay never claimed any money back off the other Party at all and have closed my file. Thus accusing me of 50 % Liability for coursing the accident when my insurence company can Proove i was Totally Innocent. The Case Continues.

Ohhhh my dear lord, this place is the WORST!! I have had a case open since Feb 2023. I have emailed them a few times.... nothing. You call the number ANYTIME after 9am and the voicemail tells you they're closed and opening time is at 9 am. You could call at 11am and still hear the message that their office is closed. Honestly, think this place is just a money laundering service or something, or run by one guy and his laptop
