Booked our honeymoon today with Sue in store. Sue was lovely and very approachable. We first went to the shop with our daughter and returned to book, Sue was polite and even asked how our daughter was when we returned. Thank you to Sue for your excellent customer service and helping us find our honeymoon to suit our needs! Ended up Booking Salou thorough Hays Travel as I needed to book a holiday asap due to a cancelled stag do. after firstly going next door to TUI and getting a rubbish advisor there. Caitlin was brilliant, enthusiastic and honest. Recommended Salou I had been before years ago and she gave great advise. I ended up booking for my girlfriend and I via Jet2 and everything ran smoothly! I will be going back to Caitlin at the end of next week to book again for next year! Great Service!

First time booking with Hays, and it was an excellent experience. I had a few questions about the holiday, so I called Hays and spoke to Nadine, she was very helpful and answered everything. Although I hadn’t booked, I also had a call from Cheryl to make sure everything was ok, I told her I was going to book soon. After booking, so things on the website weren’t clear, so I called into the Meadowhall Branch and I spoke to Sara, who helped with my questions about the flight, and what I needed to do about the flights and check-in. I did raise the confusion about the flights, as it doesn’t tell you on the Hays App, that you then need to go to the TUI App ( or Jet2 ) to get all the flight details, so you can check-in. Hopefully, they will now put this information on the Hays App, as I’m sure other people have the same issues. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been fantastic and really friendly and helpful, so I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
