I recently booked a holiday through TUI at Meadowhall. Unfortunately the airline we were supposed to be flying with have pulled out of Manchester. I spoke to Matthew and within 20 minutes he had looked at the alternatives and phoned me back. Once I'd agreed it he booked the flights and phoned me back to confirm. Matthew also let me know when the change appeared on my account. Excellent service - very efficient and thorough, and fabulous communication throughout. Thank you!

Michael was an incredible help when we came into store to book our holiday to Egypt next year. He was very knowledgeable which helped us choose the right place for us and he gave us so many recommendations. Nothing was too much for Michael he helped us add extras onto our holiday and ensured we got the best price. Would definitely recommend.

I visited the store with my friend to book our summer holiday. Matthew looked after us and was excellent in the service he provided for us. He searched accommodation which was suitable for us and accessable to all the amenities we required. Matthew also sourced the excursions that would be available. We came back in to store today to book more rooms for our group wedding booking. Georgia was really helpful and quick in helping ensure we got what we wanted and for the best price.
