I chose Unison Travel and was blown away by their service. Group I travelled with 8:30 am tour in Medina was too early for my young family, I reached out. Unison Travel quickly arranged an alternative: a mini tour bus at 2:00 pm. The timing was exactly what we needed! Their customer service was 5-star—they maintained excellent contact during the booking process. The fact that the added private transfer cost was surprisingly good made the experience even better. Book with confidence!

Excellent deals, great customer service. Will be booking again in future. The agent is very knowledgeable and can build a great holiday package once you have explained all your needs. We have booked online using other platforms in the past but have not always been satisfied. Unison offer flights , hotels and transfers which allows ease of mind as everything can be booked from one place with immediate confirmation. Already looking for my next holiday with Unison!

At first I was little bit apprehensive when I seen a large towering figure greet me at their office, however the gent made me feel at ease right away with his smile and bubbly character. Me and the Mrs have always used Expedia however in recent times have found them to be quite expensive so we thought no harm in getting prices. Lo and behold we ended booking a trip with them to Turkey and had the best experience. out of the 7+ trips we've done so far this was by far the best. All transfers we're booked by them (even though we was given the option to book our own) the drivers were pleasant, turned up on time, had cold water bottles for us in the car. Loaded our suitcases etc. best bit was when we asked others staying at the same hotel, how much they had paid, turns out we saved a significant amount overall. Would definitely recommend as we're already looking for our next destination to book with them. Special shout out to Mr Choudhury.

We decided to go on a last minute trip to the Lake district to celebrate a wedding anniversary but we didn't know who where and when .....That's where Unison travel came in They went out of their way to locate suitable hotels appropriate amenities and price bracket Within a day they had located a a beautiful hotel with a room fit for a king n Queen sauna steam room and jacuzzi as well as within the complex there was a swimming pool which was brilliant The location was ideal the beautiful village of Ambleside Unison asked the questions and delivered the perfect package to fit our needs and wants at short notice They didn't sell anything they introduced the possibilities .The possibility to fulfil our dreams Dreams that became a reality A truly friendly professional travel agents Unison travel thank you.Their knowledge of the area was very impressive Will definitely use you them again
