The shop itself is cute with lots of selection but quite pricey. I got a ‘stuffed white chocolate and raspberry cookie’ for £3.99 to find that it was ‘stuffed’ with raw cookie, no raspberries in the cookie and small pieces of white chocolate and some chocolate in the hole ontop. The inside tastes like raw cookie dough making me question if I am going to get e.coli from raw flour.

Instead of batchd should be named botchd! Honestly over priced and the quality is shocking, tasted stale and wouldn't ever visit again, save the pennies people! Also asked for a coffee and it was an hour left still to close and said they stopped serving drinks, purely because they couldn't be bothered.. Bad experience

I bought 4 items to try with a friend and my family. Raspberry and white chocolate filled cookie- tasty but could have had more raspberry flavour. Galaxy brookie-my friend said this was nice but a bit over sweet. Gold bar cookie pie-flavourless! Bueno and milky way cookie pie-ok but again not alot of flavour and just overly sweet. Disappointing as we were really looking forward to the things we tried and it wasnt cheap either!

Really nice hospitality, I didnt get the woman’s name who was working - Time 12:22pm - Saturday 10th Jan 2026 but she was a delight, really polite and super welcoming. Overall great experience.

Really friendly service ordered the 2 new Harry Potter themed loaded shakes. Amazing customer service we were served by Finn . Milkshakes were delicious
