Went to Meadowhall Millie’s for a double milk chocolate giant cookie and asked for a happy birthday black & white with the pic of Beyonce “formation” pose… wow!!!! Joanne did an amazing job and anazoed us all with even more detail than expected. All the staff in that shop are so friendly and helpful and they remember you upon returning. It’s always a pleasure to go there and thank you to all the staff .

Absolutely amazing service from the team at Millie's. My husband asked for a Snoopy giant cookie for my birthday and boy did Joanne deliver. Hubby says the whole team are amazing - he uses them every year for my birthday cookie and they never disappoint A huge thank you! Xx

Amazing example of how good customer service can be. The young girl who served me this evening was very patient with a “newbie” to the Millie’s cookies experience, explaining the menu and pricing system to me and helping me with flavour choices. Thank you very much ( forgot to take your name). The cookies tasted lovely and were appreciated by the family when I got home

Fantastic personal service here today from a super professional staff member called Helen. She went over and above to help us sort out a last minute gift cookie. And it looked fabulous. Tasted good too! Thank you Helen.
