Sent a parcel with their shop nearly 3 weeks ago never gave me a receipt because they said I’d receive an email. Nothing been load asked loads of times I need a QR code should have got an email. Funny cause they never asked me for an email address to send a Code. Apparently parcels been picked up but nobody know where it is. I’ve heard others have had the same problem with this shop. Personally I think i’ve been robbed. I’ve never known a shop to never give receipt for a parcel.
