I don't live locally and travelled from Manchester and bought a lovely silver ring for my husband who didn't like it at all because he has no taste so we spoke to Pav the manager who was very understanding and helpful and kept in contact with us about arranging an exchange with the staff at the store who were also very helpful and absolutely lovely about the whole situation. great store with loads of lovely items a great team of staff and a great customer service experience.

I will NEVER bother to shop at this store again. The staff are absolutely miserable and treat you like you are inconveniencing them. We pay your wages!! The girl who served me today (19th) literally sulked like a spoilt teen because she had to serve me. The older lady then barged over and was more interested in her phone. Nothing you sell can’t be found online or on the lanes! So sort your attitudes out! I see other reviews stating the same issues so seems you clearly don’t care!

Picked up an item that clearly had a reduced tag on it, only to be told it wasn’t reduced and must have landed on it by mistake yet it had the original price on the tag then the reduced price, safe to say I left it as it was no way worth the full price, they was clearly just trying it on.

Bought a pair of silver and turquoise ear studs, shop had lots of other things I’m likely to return for. Wide selection, good value for money, friendly and helpful service from the young woman that served me. Will make this shop a regular visit when I’m back in Sheffield.

Had the best customer experience here, went into the store yesterday and the girl with the scarf was so lovely and polite. Found my new favourite store! Thank you so much for the great experience
