Twice I’ve tried to exchange a faulty diffuser that I bought from this store before lockdown. Travelled 2 hours on both occasions to the store to be greeted with the most poor customer service I have ever received. 1st occasion a rude man who tested the diffuser in front of me (belittling) and told me it wasn’t faulty despite it being rusty and sparking when it is plugged in. If you return a faulty item of clothing to a store does the assistant try it on in front of you to check? No? Weird Second time: a young lady served me I waited patiently in the queue until it was my turn and when I got to the front and explained that I would like an exchange as the problem with the sparking still persists and I’m scared to use it, she told me to COME BACK at a later time while she served all other customers that were BEHIND me in the queue so that she could ring the manager. I explained that I would wait while she spoke to the manager as there was no way I was coming back after traveling two hours. They both began to have a telephone conversation about me in front of me and it appeared they had talked about me before and thought I might return again (the previous shop assistant told me to return if it was still faulty, so another 2 hour journey I made on this instance!!!) It was rude she made me wait until she served all other customers even though I had patiently waited my turn and I had a hair appointment to attend 10 mins later which I was late for. After the rude phone call the young lady told me it couldn’t be exchanged as she couldn’t spot a fault (more like the manager she spoke to said no, well why did he tell me I could bring it back if the problem persisted?) Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of a journey, waste of money on a useless product that I cannot use. No covid-19 shop safe restrictions in store at all either, the shop was small and crowded and customers and staff were definitely not 2m apart!!

Good for something a bit different. Staff are nice and helpful if needed.

I love popping in here when ever I visit my daughter in Sheffield I'm got a good collection of ornaments now, wish there was a zen near me, is there a website?

Love this shop but unfortunately they advertised a defuser that was new in in Meadowhall the lanes which I went for yesterday and told They don’t have it
