Karen from Aries lighting did a great job helping me choose the right sized glass ceiling lights for our dining room. She's helped me on another occasion in the past to choose lights for our son's bedroom but today has supported us to choose some gorgeous ceiling lights. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We received the best service from Karen and Stuart when we returned a light fitting which was bought as a gift. They went to great lengths to help us choose a different shade for the lamp, trying different bulbs to show the different effects, then assisting with choosing a ceiling fitting to compliment the lamp. They were extremely patient and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop!

Bought contemporary light fitting for a home office to replace a bare light bulb. I was greeted by the owners who were lovely and friendly, asked what I was looking for, and then demonstrated various possible choices. Once I’d selected the right light fitting, the owner was really helpful at assisting with selecting a good bulb to match. Nothing was too much trouble. There’s an incredible diverse range of products to browse and the in store experience was excellent.
