I visited this shop at first and asked if they could fixed my phone screen and they did, at a good price also. I was very happy and was chuffed with the results! Up until, the screen broke again randomly with no drop or bangs! I taken the phone back a second time in hopes to get it sorted as it should have warranty. I was then charged another £50 for a new screen... paid the money and went about my day and then a week later the phone touch screen stops responding.. Went to a different phone shop to be told the original people who did my phone basically bodged it and fitted it poorly, so i have had to buy a brand new phone for the sake of a broken screen. Always heard good things about these but i will NEVER use them again and wouldnt recommend anyone to unles you know about phones. RIGHTFULLY i should get a refund! Left feeling wripped off and taken advange of. Spent £120 on 2 screens with these guys and it still broke 3rd time! I feel like because I had an old phone they basically used cheap parts and that's then damaged the rest of the phone! Agitated and angry to be honest never had an experience like it.

Not sure what happened but their service level have definitely changed had an iPad fixed and they messed up the button and they’re clear wavy marks. It was the worst screen replacement I have ever received.

Honestly, one of the best phone shops I’ve been to in Sheffield , great service , and reasonable pricing always love to come have a laugh and a chat with these. Abdul is as a star.

Always a good place to visit. Good prices and good service. They even ordered a battery that wasn't phone related for me and honestly that was very good of them. They advise you on What's best for your phone and can get you original chargers if you're willing to pay for it which for the care and maintenance of my phone I most certainly am. The customer service here is fantastic and if they can't do it it's no fix no fee . 💙✌
