Rude store manager. Refused refund after shoes fell to bits after one days use. Customer service even worse. Stating there is no evidence of manufacturer fault. Come on!! the stitching has come completely away. Stay away and save your money.

Ordered 2 pair of extra wide shoes on line. Went in to collect and saw another pair that looked nice and wide, so paid cash for them and collected on line ones. Got home tried shoes on only pair that fitted was the pair I had seen in shop. Other 2 pair not wide. So if you order on line check they fit before taking them home! I did complain on line and they sent me an e-mail saying customer services would be in touch but that was a month ago, heard nothing. Not exactly good customer service.

Unhelpful staff and extremely poor customer service. Got a pair of shoes from here and whilst putting on the shoes for the first time, the lace broke in half when tying. Went back into store to ask for a replacement lace or refund but store refused to acknowledge faulty goods. Terrible service from staff, who need to be retrained. Would give zero rating if possible. Avoid at all costs.

I always liked the store, mostly I buy school shoes from here. I bought pair of my son's school shoes from here about 2/3 months ago. Their sole came off. Went into this store a bought a new one and tried to make complaint at cashier. Surprise to see the attitude was harsh and very rude, not even basic customer service, she says your son must have wore them alot that's why it happened. I said this is very strange. I asked her twice what she saying and why and her attitude was buy it or leave it, we don't care. She did mention that I can bring it back to them but I'm definitely sure they been worn too much. Funny the receipt she gave has a website address for store review, and it's broken.
