Last Sunday my wife and I decided to get ourselves ice skates. We went to Sheffield and on arrival it appeared that due to unforeseen circumstances there was only one member of staff on duty. Shop was really busy (it looks like half of Sheffield decided to sharpen their blades that day), but Jake (staff member) was handling this situation incredibly well. We were really impressed how he managed multiple customers at the same time without showing any signs of stress at the same time. When dealing with us, Jake showed a lot of patience helping my wife and me to choose right brand and type of ice skates. He also showed impressive knowledge of the subject, which helped us to avoid many mistakes we would make otherwise, so I’m so glad we decided to go to shop instead of ordering online (which we previously considered). We left shop happy and with 2 new pairs of fantastic ice skates. Cracking job Jake! Many thanks again.

Fantastic service and very helpful staff. I took 3 pairs of skates in to be sharpened (and 1 baked) - the team were very friendly and dealt with the sharpening and baking very efficiently. The new moulded boots feel great and I can’t wait to take them on to the ice in a few days. Top marks. 👍🏻

Excellent service from the friendly, helpful team. Took my new skates in today and they checked them over and set them up for me. They provide really good advice too on the best skates for each level.
