Funstation - Meadowhall

I took my 11 year old and his brother to celebrate his birthday. It was the first time we had been so I was a little nervous as the boys can find a break in their routine tricky to manage. I shouldn’t have worried. The staff were all so kind and helpful especially Melissa! It was a wonderful birthday treat and we will definitely be returning. 🥰

Thank you Ellis, I want to give a big recognition to Ellis. She is an amazing young lady with such a warm and positive character. She always treats me and my two kids with so much kindness, and she’s constantly smiling and full of energy. She’s genuinely passionate about her job, and it shows every time we visit. My kids absolutely love going to Funstation in Meadowhall — and honestly, it’s because of her. She makes the experience enjoyable, friendly, and welcoming every single time. Staff like Ellis truly make a difference, and she definitely deserves to be recognised for the brilliant work she does. I also want to give a special mention to her i colleague Chelsea, who has shown the same level of kindness, positivity, and fantastic customer service. Both of them make Funstation a place my kids always want to come back to. Both of them are an asset to the company.

I had an amazing experience at Fun Station thanks to Ruth! She was very sweet, helpful and super friendly while I played. Chelsea helped immediately when the machines didn’t work! Very lovely girls with a good sense of initiative.

I visited over the weekend with my three children and was assisted by Poppy and Kit. I would like to highlight what excellent assets they are to Funstation. Both were exceptionally kind and patient with me and my children throughout our visit. From the beginning, Poppy clearly explained the card system, and at the end, Kit showed remarkable patience while helping my children redeem the 4,000 tickets they had won. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and we will certainly be returning.

I had such a fantastic time! The place was clean, fun, and packed with games for all ages. Ruth was absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. She made the whole experience even better. A special shoutout to Chelsea, the manager, who clearly runs the place with care and professionalism. You can tell she really values her team and guests, and it shows in how smoothly everything operates. Overall, it’s the perfect spot for a fun day out, and thanks to Ruth and Chelsea, I’ll definitely be coming back!
