Skipton Self Drive

Fab family run business with wide variety of vehicles available, maintained to a high standard. We hired the 17 seater, and 2 x 9 seaters for a club trip to London. 17 seater was great, giving enough room for the squad. The 9 seaters were luxury, with multiple seating combinations, and a great van to drive!

SSD is an example of a company that combines no surprise, excellent service with incredible friendliness. We rented a car for three days of travel in the Dales and cannot recommend their services more. The morning we dropped the car off, they gave us a ride to the train station. We will return to the wonderful city of Skipton, and we will be driving an SSD car all over Dales again!

I hired an Extra long wheel base van for moving. From start to finish the quality of service and customer care was AMAZING! The van was immaculately presented and supplied at an extremely competitive price! I wouldn’t use anywhere else but here… I cannot recommend them any higher!! Not only have I used this company many times for my own business needs, and I should add I have had nothing but excellent service throughout, cars and vans of all shapes and sizes, but they are also brilliant people, very community minded, giving support, recently to a fundraiser I help with. As a business owner myself, it is challenging when receiving many requests over the years for genuingly very good causes, I imagine they do what they can, in demanding times.
