Had our Carnaby nearly 2years now and found damp on a bedroom wall ,I traced it to an appliance that hadn’t been installed properly. We only found out because the water had leaked round the back of the appliance into the bedroom under the bed but once it got to the centre of the bedroom we discovered the carpet wet through when we stood on it . Got in touch with Carnaby though the agent and ha oh didn’t want to know. We also had a screw popping out of the arm of the settee which took about 6 months to sort out . I’ve also had to stick trims back on and our door handles have corroded after 21months ,no point in asking for replacements has I know the answer. It’s not something going wrong that I have a problem with it’s how it’s dealt with and my view that there customer care is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend buying one of there caravans. The attitude of carnaby caravans is shocking to say the least, I have purchased a 2025 Lagham which has a number of issues one of which is a electric socket with broken securing clips when we tried to get this rectified under warranty they don't want to know and say this is damage even though the clip inside the socket is broken due to being over tightened during construction, my park are taking to do this repair themselves but over 4 weeks and carnaby still haven't sent a replacement part. This is on top of doors not opening door handles damaged fridge doors not closing damage to curtains the list can go on but they have no customer service at all. ANYBODY THINKIN OF PURCHASING A CARNABY PRODUCT DONT

Don't buy a Carnaby caravan, the quality is terrible. My Cascade has had nothing but problems since day 1. List of faults to which most I still have, front facia has cracked and needs replacing, roof coating has started to delamination and revealed bare metal, door has been out 3 times and replaced, every single kitchen cupboard vinyl has peeled off, I have replaced some and have attempted to glue the others, every single wall in the shower has cracked, I have had to get repaired myself but now it's beyond repair as its cracked in the middle this year, boiler has been repaired at least 4 times, absolute rubbish, oven has also melted the adjacent cupboard and melted the burner knobs, this van has been sited correctly but most benches and cupboards are not level, most of the fixtures and fittings are the cheapest tat you will ever see, most I have had to replace as they have either corroded or fell apart. There is so much more but you probably haven't got this far in the review and decided to purchase another brand. Carnaby customer service is shocking, they just want to fob you off, they don't care in the slightest, I complained to one member of staff about the quality of the fixture and fittings and all I got was, I don't buy them ! You have been warned, please go look at another brand before you seriously think of buying Carnaby, they are utter rubbish, never again !!!

Given the choice again I would avoid buying an £80,000 @CarnabyCaravans caravan at all costs. Their build quality is shocking, poorly fitting doors, refrigerator that won't close, cabinets and wardrobes with misaligned handles...and when it leaks, like mine does, from the dishwasher, the showers, the French doors...and they don't fix it, just come and cause more problems...nobody will help you. Really, really disappointed!

Purchased Carnaby Langham Lodge off caravan park who purchased off Salop Leisure, happy with Lodge, however snagging issues such as exterior doors on all 2 bedrooms and lounge have dropped, extractor fan intermittent are still outstanding, the issue with Carnaby is the after sales is very poor and frustrating, currently 10 weeks waiting and cancelled appointments with no rebooking dates given… disappointing as have a good product.
