I can't rate the Rooms as I was in my own Caravan but the site is well maintained the shower blocks always clean and only 10 15 minutes walk to the beach I will be returning next year. The only thing that would make this a better experience would be for the play areas to be monitored or for parents for all kids under the age of 10 to be with them way too many under tens swearing sadly and miss behaving not something I want my kids around. But other than that excellent park

We stayed on the touring/tents site and it was fantastic, the facilities were always clean and fully stocked of soap and toilet roll which was great. Never had to que or wait for them. Shame we only got to the entertainment complex on the last night as that was brilliant too and all in on the price. We watched the shows and our daughter loved the music beforehand. The walk to the beach was about a mile from where we camped and we jumped on the land train to get closure to Bridlington ( such great value) We will be back and can't wait for our next stay at South Cliff holiday Park

A lovely site. It's kept clean, modern and well maintained. Plus there's a dozen places you can visit that are all within a 30 minute drive from the site. We'd definitely return but not during the school holidays, as it's very hectic and loud from a buildup of caravans, children and loud music. Best time to go is during term time if you can.

Booked a camping pitch (CL01) AVOID!! The map of the site seems to suggest you are surrounded by trees but in reality there is a mound of soil a few trees and then a main road where people like to race at all hours. Not great for trying to sleep in a tent. The site map is miss leading. There was a man hole drain on our pitch which smelt terrible and must have been shallow as we struggled to get most of the tent pegs in the ground at all. Toilet facilities were good but not cleaned regularly. There are two toilet facilities which are used by about 250 pitches (caravans, camper vans and tents) with an average of 4 people per pitch. So they get dirty quickly. Not a great site for teenagers. This site is catered to small young children. A revamp of the Makis Entertainment Centre is needed. It is a 70’s / 80’s dirty throwback. The staff were uninterested and lazy. The beach is close which is very good but the site is very tired and unmaintained. This is a blunt review. The site is very popular and the very crowded. We stayed for a week and it was too long to but up with dirty toilets, disturbed sleep by the road racers and disrespectful pitch neighbours being loud past midnight.

Lovely large pitches. Facilities clean and fantastic disabled amenities. Childrens parks were clean with plenty of equipment. Close to beautiful sandy beach. Donner truck served lovely food.
