Book a couple of hours or a full day out with Tim & Stewart and they will show you how to build a Dry Stone Wall.

Find out what topstones, throughstones, thurles, batter, coppingstones, jumper, quoins, smoots and bee boles are!!!!

Up to 3 hours can be spent with them observing and having the various processes in building the wall explained to you. There is usually the opportunity for some practical experience as well.

If you want to get more hands on and be instructed in the art of wall building & repair you can book a half day (3 hour) or full day (6 hours) session and you will be able to get fully hands on with Tim & Stewart’s expert guidance. A packed lunch is provided if you book the full day session.

Full refunds are given if weather causes cancellation and no alternative day can be offered.

We are open all year, prices are as follows:

£20/hour for the hourly sessions.
£55 - half day session (minimum 2 people)
£75 - full day session (minimum 2 people) including packed lunch.
Discounts given for family groups.
