Barely anyone in and still managed to get my order completely wrong! Gravy instead of beans, no filet burger and chicken on bone instead of fillet. It’s not hard to get right at all. Paid £26 for my order along with another meal which somehow they got right. Food was already cold so can’t go back to restaurant. Ridiculous. Will not be coming back again.

Dear KFC Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about a very poor experience I had today at one of your drive-thru locations. The issues I experienced were as follows: • My burger was served cold. • Dips were missing from the order. • No napkins were provided. • No spoon was provided for the mashed potatoes. More concerning, however, were the incorrect and unauthorised charges applied to my order. The Trilogy Box Meal was advertised on the outside menu board as £10.49, yet I was charged £12.28. When I queried this with a member of staff, I was told this was because the store is “one of the busiest,” and therefore prices are higher. This was not communicated anywhere on the menu board and is unacceptable. Additionally, my receipt shows that I was charged for a large meal, which I did not request. I was never asked if I wanted a large meal, my order was not repeated back to me, and there was no order screen available to verify the order before payment. The same issue occurred with the Mighty Bucket, which was displayed as £9.99 but charged at £11.78. Customers should never be charged extra or upgraded without their clear consent. This experience reflects very poor staff training and management, as the staff appeared unaware of basic ordering and pricing procedures. I am requesting a full refund for the unauthorised large meal charge, and I am extremely disappointed to say that this experience has put me off returning to this store. I look forward to your response and resolution of this matter.

Very disappointed. We’ve just ordered for delivery and the only items that were correct were the drinks. Two of us have ordered food. Mine didn’t arrive at all and my partners isn’t what he ordered. The main focus of a restaurant is to feed its customers. We’ve spent the rest of our budget on a takeaway where I now can’t eat and my partner’s refusing to eat the meal that came as it’s not even what he ordered… having to wait for an email response and KFC aren’t answering the phone. Beyond a joke

Wanted to write a review about an issue which was resolved amazingly today. I’ve worked in fast food for many years and I get that food can get cold. Me and my boyfriend had ordered from here last night , my boyfriend had got a new burger meal but unfortunately when he was about to tuck into it he had realised the whole burger was flat cold😬.He had rang the store to complain about this matter and a lovely lady helped us with this issue. She gave us two options , one was to come back to the store and get a replacement (however we had to be up early for work so we decided this wasn’t a great idea) so she suggested a code to get a free replacement of the burger. We had came in today in the afternoon to receive this and the same lady noticed we were the ones who rang and she straight away got onto it and told the other staff to make a fresh burger (despite there being several which we could see). Another young lady , I didn’t get her name , had apologised many times for this issue and I said that it happens and not to worry. The burger did not take long , approx 1 minute , and she handed us the burger also being very apologetic. I had asked for her name but I’ve forgot!! She was a young girl. But thank you KFC for this exceptional service I will be coming here more often😌

Wife picked up. Order was wrong. I rang up and got phone put down on me by manager I can only assume after agreeing to make it right. Went to pick and person who served me was nice, heard Lola call me the c word who complained which was lovely when I’ve paid money for a service which they got wrong. Don’t expect to be called that in a professional workplace wherever. What’s point in complaining if the supervisor/manager acts in that way as I would likely have been called worse. Went through their customer service but to stop it being brushed under a rug thought I’d post on here. Chicken was nice when we finally ate it but little small. Gravy was good and chips were KFC chips. I’d rate it 7-8/10 however being called a c word makes it 0/10. Order #8160
