Peter Ambrose Castleford Ltd were great because it is genuinely the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car!! From my initial inquiry to after having taken ownership of the car I truly feel like Sophie cared that the car was at its best and that i got top class service. Anyone i spoke to on the phone was very friendly, and the dealership was lovely & clean and the process ran very well (the only nighle is that there’s definite room for improvement on paper usage…). Sophie was approachable, friendly, and honest. I didn’t go anywhere else, and I didn’t look at any other cars I knew that this was the right car for me and the right dealership, it was just perfect! :) Thank you so much, ill definitely be back I’m happy for you to publish the testimonial but please put my correct name I am Miss, and there’s only one B in the middle of my first name. Great service by Beth from start to finish. No pressure to buy just friendly advice, ended up purchasing a lovely 208. Communication was brilliant throughout and felt like I was kept in the loop really well. After sales service has been exceptional too. Will 100% be recommending to family and friends
The staff at Peter Ambrose Castleford Ltd were good because they gave me time to look at all the cars, offered me test drives and were all polite and friendly. Sophie was new and couldn't answer all my questions but she found out immediately and positively. She was very friendly and put me at my ease, especially on the test drive. I had never driven an automatic before so she gave me time to practice in a car park before going on the road. This is my last car now but I will recommend to my children and grandchildren.
Great showroom, went for a recall but the friendly salesman wanted to sell me a car, when I told him what I was there for he said I could have a free coffee. On the phone I was told it would be 1 hour, when I got there I was told it would be a couple. Was stuck in Castleford for 3 hours but they had washed the car for me
I've had service at Peter Ambrose twice, and both times I've been charged for a screen wash, which I added myself five minutes before taking car to the garage. The screen wash was filled up to the top, so they knew it was full when they opened the lid, but they still charged 3.50 for it. When I mentioned this to the manager, he told me to tell them next time,, No screen wash'' and they won't charge me. How can you charge for something that is done? They just check off positions on a list of things that they have to charge for, but they don't do the job properly. How can I be sure the oil was changed? Maybe they thought it looked good and didn't need changing and than charged for it. Don't trust them anymore.
