Whitwood Delivery Office

For last 5 months my mail is delayed for 3,4 weeks. Getting lump of letters ones per month. Waiting for important medical documents, mails from hospital, authorities and banks. Absolutely joke of service. My complaint is ready to send. If you experience the same please complain as well cause nothing change without it.

Very terrible at service. Their workers don't make deliberate efforts to ensure that items in their care are delivered. They claim they have been at your place even when you were home,no knock no call, no quick update before they arrive but the next minute you get the notification you make effort to find their office and they tell you they are closed. How does one open by 8am and close by 10am and the office isn't close for those that ain't motorable. It was my birthday today and the items in my delivery were all foe the birthday but now I have to go to a walk in shop to get something completely . How upsetting for a birthday mood. So now I have to returns my items back to the store because it is completely useless to me now.

I came to pick up the shipment that was supposed to be delivered on May 02. Luckily, when I was there, it turned out that I did not know where my shipment was. Bed at home I received a message 40 minutes after closing the customer service point from the parcel from the parcel. In addition, there is no option to send the package on the same day. Terrible and incompetent service and terrible efficiency collection hours.

Very poor service said there not find address and not eve been tried to phone them at 8 am to 930 am still not pick phone up what a bad experience very very poor service

Came to collect my parcel today at 12 noon only to find this notice! What the hell are these working hours? I guess I have a choice either take a day off or wait a week for a Saturday. Ridiculous.
