Had my screen fixed, when I received my phone back the front camera wasn’t working and it was extremely slow. My phone was saying the screen was incompatible. Dropped it the same day and it cracked. Went back to pay for another and explained the camera issue. The new screen was fitted and the camera still wasn’t working. The phone was really slow and I knew it was going to break again any minute. Today the LED inside completely messed up and I couldn’t access my phone at all. Do not recommend here, screen wasn’t compatible from the beginning and in the space of 3 weeks I’ve had to pay for 3 new screens.

Took my Daughter's phone to get repaired here on the 17/10/2025, her screen wasn't responding & battery was dying very quickly. I was quoted £70 for a new screen and replacement battery. Told them to proceed with the repair, as we needed it sorting urgently due to going on holiday the next day. After a couple of hours I received a phone call, informing me they hadn't been able to fix the phone & to come collect it. Upon arrival & handing the phone back to me I was asked to pay £20 for the time spent looking at the phone. I told them I was under the impression as there was no fix there wouldn't be no fee, nothing was mentioned about a fee if they couldn't repair the phone when dropping it off & when I received the call, telling me it couldn't be repaired. Due to this I didn't take any money or bank card with me, so I was unable to make the payment anyways. I told them due to needing a phone urgently, I would go back home & collect my daughter, return with her & purchase a phone. Which I did, she picked an iPhone XR 64gb in white which was in really good conditon at a cost of £150. We returned home & when we got chance to set it up, we soon realised the phone hadn't been factory reset & was still logged in to someone elses apple account. To reset the phone we needed the apple ID account password which we did not know, by this time the shop had closed for the evening. I returned the next day at 10am as soon as they opened & explained the situation to them, they checked the phone & because they didn't know the password it couldn't be reset. Surely they should be checking phones before selling them to customers? Clearly not! Anyways he apologised & said he swap it for another iPhone XR, which I agreed to. Upon showing the replacement phone, which was in red & looked as though it had been used as a hammer at some point as it was badly damaged , he informed me this phone was actually more & was £170! Even though it was the exact same phone with the same memory but in extremely poor condition. I informed him I didn't want that phone due to the condition. His mannerisms soon changed & then became quite angry & said "do you just want your money back as I can't be ar**d dealing with you" I was shocked at this response, but agreed to have the money back instead. He then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't giving me the full money back as I still owed him £20! I refused this due to wasting my time, driving back & forth from the shop, just because they don't check the phones they sell properly. Anyways in the end I got my full money back from him. Upon returning back from holiday, I took the phone to another shop & miraculously they managed to fix it, after previously been told by this shop it couldn't be repaired. I believe they didn't even bother looking at the phone or didn't have the parts in stock & was just out to try & make a quick £20 by saying they had looked it at. I'd advise anyone not to use this shop for phone repairs or purchasing phones from. He seems nothing but a con-man!
